The PADI Open Water Diver course teaches student divers the essential knowledge and skills needed to dive unsupervised with a buddy. This internationally recognized brevet already entitles you to dive to a maximum depth of 18 m. 10 to 11 year olds can already do the Junior Open Water Diver brevet. This makes it possible to dive to a depth of max. 12 m when accompanied by a relative or diving professional, from the age of 12 up to 18 m.
