CPR and first aid are key skills for responding to an emergency, and they are important for everyone, not just divers. As an Emergency First Response Instructor, you'll teach CPR and first aid skills based on internationally recognized medical guidelines for emergency care, and you'll be able to offer your courses to anyone interested. The great thing about the EFR courses is that they make learning so easy by creating a comfortable learning environment for practicing emergency skills. By the time participants complete their course, they will be confident in their new skills and ready to provide emergency assistance should the need arise.
 
 The only requirements are that you are at least 18 years old and have completed the Emergency First Response Primary Care and Secondary Care courses within the last 24 months .
